We understand the advertisement-based search as a support service for the Human Resources department. In most cases, clients can conduct this type of search themselves, unless they wish a covert search or are looking for a temporary or permanent service from an external consultant.
In addition, there is also the mixed form of the “combination search”. We use this strategy for searches in which we would like to reach candidates who are difficult to reach through direct contact.
