BohlkenConsulting offers three different services in the area of personnel recruitment. In addition to direct contact, which is used especially in tight candidate markets and for hard-to-fill positions and covert searches, we offer advertisement-based searches.

We understand the advertisement-based search as a support service for the Human Resources department. In most cases, clients can conduct this type of search themselves, unless they wish a covert search or are looking for a temporary or permanent service from an external consultant.

In addition, there is also the mixed form of the “combination search”. We use this strategy for searches in which we would like to reach candidates who are difficult to reach through direct contact.

The third service we offer in the area of personnel selection is aptitude diagnostics. Here we support you in the assessment of existing or recruited employees.
